Yoga with Rachel ~ March
Wednesday Mixed-level 6-7:15PM & Thursday Gentle 10-11:15 AM
Length: 1 month
Format: Each class will be recorded, so you can attend live or watch the videos later as many times as you like. Videos usually take 24 hours to upload.
Skill Level: Open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
A mixed level Asana class for practitioners with at least 3 months previous experience on Wednesday nights and then on Thursday morning a gentle class with little to no weight bearing on the hands.
What are the requirements?
A safe and comfortable space to do your practice... Yoga props suggested: mat, 2 blocks, a strap and blankets and bolsters to sit on. We will occasionally us the wall or a chair, so having one or the other available during your practice is suggested if possible.
What am I going to get from this Course?
An opportunity to take 2 live classes each week, and a library of recordings to go back and watch at other times. Who is this Course for?
Students of yoga who have previously taken yoga classes, can sit comfortably on the floor and feel confident to adjust there practice and ask for help when needed.
