Thursday Gentle Yoga 10-11:15 AM ~ February
A gentle and more adapted practice. We will use the wall, props and occasionally a chair for a slow and deeply sensitive practice.
What are the requirements?
A safe and comfortable space to do your practice... Yoga props suggested: mat, 2 blocks, a strap and blankets and bolsters to sit on. We will occasionally us the wall or a chair, so having one or the other available during your practice is suggested if possible. You must be able to stand unassisted and recline comfortably on the ground.
What am I going to get from this Course?
An opportunity to take a live class each week, and a library of recordings to go back and watch at other times. Who is this Course for?
Beginners, students with injuries or limitations and any student who likes a slower, supported and more contemplative practice.
