Length: Take it at your own pace.

Format: 2 short home practices and 30 short videos to be used as inspiration for your daily practice.

Skill Level: recommended that you have been practicing asana for at least 6 months.

Course Description

In this series of 30 short videos and 2 short home practice videos (13 and 25 minutes) you will receive daily tips and exercises to develop and strengthen your handstand practice.

What are the requirements?

It is recommended that you are comfortable weight bearing on your hands and that you are able to do handstand prep or 'L' pose at the wall. You do not need to be able to kick up into handstand- yet! But are willing and ready to try.

What am I going to get from this Course?

These videos will start with strength building exercises and therapeutic stretches that will prepare you to make handstand a part of your daily routine. Once you feel confident and are ready to go upside down, then the rest of the videos are variations and suggestions on how to enter handstand and once you are up there, fun ways to play and build strength.
