This course is a support for students and clients to successfully integrate the knowledge and habits of Ayurveda into their daily routine through a series of videos and homework. We will explore the basic principles of Ayurveda and how this applies to sleep, diet and mental health. If you want to learn more about Ayurveda and make changes in your lifestyle, then this course is for you.
What are the requirements?
If you are wanting to cultivate a different attitude and mindset about your health and are ready to make changes to your daily lifestyle, routine and diet, this course is for you! Plan for at least 2-3 hours per week for at least 4-6 weeks in order to complete this course.
What am I going to get from this Course?
This course is specifically designed for both students and clients not only to understand what Ayurveda is and how it works, but also how to apply this knowledge into your life through journaling, self-inquiry and many specific suggestions and techniques. In this course we will review specific steps to deepen sleep, strengthen digestion and increase our capacity to manage stress. These sessions are pre-recorded, which means you can take the course on your own time and at your own pace. Throughout the course you will have access to a large resource list and an online community of other learners. You will also have the capability to message Rachel directly with questions as well as initiate conversations on the group platform.

If you like to learn and want to make changes to your health or lifestyle, then this course is for you. Also, if you are a new client and Ayurveda is completely new to you, this course is strongly suggested.
