In this series of 30 short videos and 2 short home practice videos (13 and 25 minutes) you will receive daily tips and exercises to develop and strengthen your handstand practice.

This course is a support for students and clients to successfully integrate the knowledge and habits of Ayurveda into their daily routine through a series of videos and homework. We will explore the basic principles of Ayurveda and how this applies to sleep, diet and mental health. If you want to learn more about Ayurveda and make changes in your lifestyle, then this course is for you.

This course will be a review of basic manual assists that can be used in yoga class, private sessions, or as a therapeutic practice with friends and loved ones. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to use these videos, although some experience with yoga is suggested.
